This garden was in need of some TLC, the owner of the property had struggled to keep on top of the maintenance after a spell of illness and it had gradually crept out of control.

The first task was an extensive clearance to remove all the brambles, weeds and self seeded trees and bushes. A thorough trim to the border hedges, a dig over the old vegetable patch and the patio and paths weeded then left the space looking more like a garden.

We then constructed some raised vegetable beds and filled with a suitable topsoil. A weedproof membrane was laid around them and then the pathways were shingled for ease of maintenance. We now visit monthly to keep on top of the main garden enabling the homeowner to concentrate on the vegetable beds.

 

 

This small 1.8m (6') square bathroom in Hellesdon, Norwich was in need of some tlc. The customer had decided that a shower was all that was required for the new room so the bathroom became a shower room.

A false wall was created at the foot of the shower tray giving a comfortable shower enclosure which incorporated 2 'box' shelves for storage. Additional 300mm storage cupboards were installed beside the false wall and a matching vanity unit completed the storage solutions for this small bathroom refurbishment. A new close coupled WC was installed incorporating an envirmoentally friendly 3 litre flush option.

In place of a screen a curtain and rail was fitted to ensure the rooom felt as large as possible and the window light was not obstructed. The room was tiled floor to ceiling all round and a removable tiled plinth was fitted to the shower tray, these were complemented with the fitting of a vinyl floor covering, a new mirror and accessories.

 

 

 

This bungalow in Thorpe St Andrew was transformed with a new roofline. The old timber fascias & soffits were removed and disposed of along with the leaking mismatched guttering. A new roofline was then installed using UPVC Fascia's and Soffit in a textured rosewood finish, an overvent was fitted to the fascia removing the need to have unsightly, cobweb gathering ventilation visible in the soffit. This coupled with new guttering in brown all around gave this tired looking building a new lease of life and it all came with a 10 Year Guarantee.

 

This property in Bowthorpe, Norwich had recently been vacated and was in need of a spruce up before re letting.

Having received an initial list of required works we visited on behalf of the landlord, who lives away from the area, to asses the properties condition.

Upon inspection it was realised that not all of the work the landlord had anticipated was actually required. We provided a fixed price quotation for the remedial works required and a full clean both inside and out.

Externally the fascia, soffits and guttering were cleaned along with the white cladded areas. The windows, glass & frames, were thoroughly cleaned as was the paving in the courtyard rear garden. The borders were tidied, bark chipping laid and the driveway weeded.

Inside a few minor repairs were taken care of, such as sticking doors, and a complete clean including carpets was carried out. All completed within a few days of the property being vacated this house was back on the market ready for prospective tenants to view.
